What is Lightspeed K-Series?
Lightspeed K-Series is an iPad point-of-sale (POS) and management platform for hospitality businesses, including pubs, bars, cafes, bakeries, hotels, and casual or fine-dining restaurants. Lightspeed K-Series includes point of sale, integrated payments, inventory and stock control, a kitchen display system (KDS), and offline mode. It also connects with many of the apps restaurants already use.

Each closed Lightspeed K-Series sale can add the products and orders on that ticket to a customer profile in myne. You can group regulars by how often they visit and what they order, then run a promotion for that group.

Limitations
This page is for Lightspeed K-Series. Lightspeed O-Series has its own connection with myne.
Lightspeed K-Series does not export a full customer list. Profiles in myne come from transactions unless you import a CSV.
Promotions on the POS need the myne web extension on each location.
Real-time updates need webhooks, which myne Support turns on with Lightspeed.
