What counts as an Action?
An Action is any customer interaction triggered through myne. This includes sending a DM, SMS, or email, redeeming a promotion, tagging a customer, or running an automation. System processes and internal data syncing do not count toward your allowance.
How does overage billing work?
Each plan includes a set number of monthly Actions. If you exceed your allowance, additional Actions are billed at your plan’s overage rate. Overage is calculated monthly and charged automatically. You’ll always be able to monitor your usage inside the dashboard.
What is the free trial?
You can start on the Playground plan for free. This allows you to explore features, connect integrations, and set up your brand before upgrading. No payment is required until you move to a paid plan.
