Every recognised Customer now has a single profile that brings spend, visits, loyalty balances, messages, and activity into one place. Staff and marketing get the context they need before they message, credit, or investigate an issue — without jumping between tools.
Profiles show engagement and frequency badges, linked cards, group membership, promotion redemptions, and a chronological activity timeline. You can message the customer, assign tasks, and enrol journeys from the same place, so follow-up stays tied to the full picture of their relationship with your venue.
Open Customers and select a profile. Review tabs for activity, loyalty, and messages. Update details, opt-ins, or linked cards from the profile actions your role allows.
