Groups
You can now choose how group membership updates—on customer events, on a schedule, or both—so lists stay current without a full manual rebuild every week. Ideal when a segment depends on lagging criteria, or when you want a quiet overnight refresh before morning sends.
Refresh modes are Events only (updates when relevant customer or transaction events occur), Events + schedule (events plus a cadence you set), and Schedule only (timed refresh and manual Refresh, without event-driven updates). You can still click Refresh anytime you need an immediate recount.
Open a group → Settings → Refresh Rules, pick a mode, set the schedule if you use one, then save. Check member counts before the next campaign or automation that relies on the group.
