Conversations
You can now browse Outbox and Sent by how a message was sent—Automations, Brand, or My sends—so brand SMS and email no longer sit mixed with one-to-one personal mail. That makes it quicker to check what left the brand inbox versus what you sent yourself, especially when Gmail is connected.
Automations covers flows and campaigns (with a Campaigns or Flows filter when you need it). Brand is team sending: brand SMS, branded email, Instagram, and shared Gmail. My sends is your personal Gmail plus other non-brand platform directs; colleagues do not see each other’s personal Gmail there. Shared Inbox and My Inbox for incoming mail are unchanged.
Open Conversations → Outbox or Sent, pick Automations, Brand, or My sends, then use All / Draft / Scheduled on Outbox as usual. Campaign detail pages still show that campaign’s drafts and sents without those channel tabs.
If you used to look under “Direct” for brand SMS or branded email, those now live under Brand—use My sends for mail you sent from your own address.
