Give customers an Apple Wallet loyalty pass

Customers can now add your loyalty card to Apple Wallet on their iPhone, so recognition at service is faster than looking up an email or phone number. Staff scan the pass QR at the counter when you want a quick check-in without slowing the queue.

Passes can show balance, branding, and optional links on the back of the card. When loyalty state changes on supported setups, updates can push to the wallet so customers see current value between visits.

Enable wallet passes in your loyalty or connection flow settings for the brand. Customers download the pass during join or from their account—test on a staff iPhone before you print signage or table talkers.
