Group filters: activity events

You can now build groups from customer activity events—not only POS visits. Ideal when you track form completions, custom events, or other named activity and want those people in a reusable audience.

Available filters include Has done any activity event, Has done event … times, Has done any of these events, and Customer had events in a time window. Name the events that matter for your brand, then layer basic profile filters if you only message opted-in contacts.

Go to Customers → Groups, add filters under Behaviour for activity events, pick the event names and counts, and save. Refresh membership before the next send.
