Groups
You can now build groups from automation history—whether a customer has been through a selected flow, and how many times. Ideal when you want to suppress a second welcome, retarget people who finished a nurture, or exclude anyone still mid-flow.
Available filters include Has been through automation and Has been through automation … times. Pick the automations that matter, then combine with profile or spend rules when you need a narrower audience.
Go to Customers → Groups, add an Automations filter, choose the flows to include or exclude, and save. Refresh the group before your next campaign so recent runs are reflected.
