Group filters: cards, frequency & engagement

You can now sharpen groups with connection and engagement behaviour—who has a linked payment card, which card brands they use, whether socials are connected, and frequency or engagement level. Ideal when card-linked loyalty or high-engagement regulars should get a different offer.

Available filters include Connection, Has Linked Card, Linked card brand, Has socials connected, Has business connection, Frequency, and Engagement. Combine with visit or spend rules when badges alone are not precise enough.

Go to Customers → Groups, add filters under Behaviour, choose the connection and engagement rules you need, and save. Refresh membership before you send.
