Groups
You can now filter groups by how someone connected—which location they joined at, connection form parameters, integration source, and external data fields. Ideal when a QR at the door, a campaign link, or a partner feed should create a distinct audience.
Available filters include Connected at Location, Connection Form parameters, External source, and External data (integration). Use these with marketing opt-ins so you only message people who can receive the channel you plan to use.
Go to Customers → Groups, add filters under Connection / campaign, set the location, parameter, or source rules, and save. Refresh before attaching the group to a campaign.
