Groups
You can now build groups from promo redemptions—who used a named offer, who has not, or how many times they redeemed. Ideal after a limited run when you want to follow up with redeemers or nudge people who never claimed the deal.
Available filters include Has redeemed, Promo name, and Has redeemed … times. Combine with your usual profile or visit rules so the list stays tight for the next campaign.
Go to Customers → Groups, edit or create a group, add a redemption rule under Redemption, pick promotions by name, and save. Refresh membership before your next send so recent redemptions are included.
