Groups
You can now build groups with richer visit and spend filters—beyond a simple range—so regulars, lapsed visitors, and category fans land in the right list. Ideal when you want win-backs, VIP treatment, or product-led offers without hand-building a spreadsheet.
Available filters include last and first visit, has visited / hasn’t visited in a window, last contacted, total visits, total spend, total transactions, and purchased quantity or dollars by product or category. Pair with basic contact rules when you only want messageable customers.
Go to Customers → Groups, add filters under Activity, set the operators and windows you need, and save. Refresh membership before you attach the group to a campaign or automation.
