Customers
You can now bring an existing customer list into myne from a CSV—handy when you are migrating from another tool, loading event sign-ups, or adding a partner list without typing rows by hand.
Upload a spreadsheet with names, emails, phone numbers, and marketing preferences; myne maps the usual columns to customer profiles and keeps any extra columns you include. You can also add people who are already in myne into a group without creating duplicates.
Go to Customers → Import, download the sample CSV if you need a template, upload your file, confirm the column mapping, and review the summary before you message or segment the list.
