AI Analyst
You can now log manual CRM activities without leaving the conversation. Tell the AI Analyst what happened—typed or spoken—and it records the call, meeting, note, or site visit on the right business account for a linked contact.
Activities match what you would add on the Business Activities tab. They show on the account timeline and the contact’s feed. They are not follow-up tasks on the Tasks board—ask for a task separately if you need a to-do.
Open AI Explore on a business or contact page, or use Voice, and say something like “Log a call with Jane at Acme about renewal.” Confirm the contact is linked to the account first. Backdated notes work when you name when it happened.
