You can now see orders, CRM events, and messages on one profile timeline—in date order—instead of jumping between separate stacks. We built this because operators investigating a complaint or planning a win-back were reconstructing customer history from memory and multiple tabs.
Instagram DMs appear alongside SMS and email where Instagram is connected. Filters let you focus on messages or purchases for a specific week. One timeline tells the story from first visit through last message, so your team responds with full context on the floor and in marketing.
Open a customer or business profile and go to Activities. Use timeline filters to narrow message types or date range, then scroll chronologically to see what happened before a complaint, promo redemption, or win-back outreach.
