Pre-register customers for me&u loyalty

You can now choose when your existing customers are pre-registered with me&u for loyalty. Connect ordering first, then turn on pre-register when you’re ready—so your list lands in me&u on your timeline, not as an automatic step the second Connect is linked.

When you turn it on, myne sends customers who have a phone number through to me&u. Email alone isn’t enough. New customers with a phone keep going across while the setting stays on, so loyalty stays in step after that first push.

Open Settings → Integrations → me&u, connect me&u Connect if you haven’t already, then switch on Pre-register customers for loyalty in the Connect section. Turn it off any time if you want to pause automatic sends.

Connecting me&u Connect no longer asks you to sync everyone immediately. Use the toggle when you want that backfill.
