You can now let customers spend their myne Cashback balance at checkout through a Pay with Cashback promotion—on Lightspeed O-Series, Lightspeed K-Series, and me&u. Ideal when cashback already sits on the profile and you want it usable at the till or table order, not only earned.
Turn on Cashback and myne creates an active Pay with Cashback offer that shows the customer’s live balance. Staff or customers apply it on a linked order; the discount is capped by balance and basket total, and the debit shows on the customer profile as Pay with Cashback.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Cashback and enable Cashback, then connect Lightspeed O-Series, Lightspeed K-Series, and/or me&u. Review the Pay with Cashback row under Settings → Promotions—tick those surfaces under Where this promotion appears, set a minimum spend if you need one, then test Apply on a staff order with a customer who has credit.
