Review email domains from Business Settings

You can now manage domain mappings under Businesses Settings, next to the business accounts they affect. Keep noisy or internal domains off timelines, and link the right domains to the right accounts when email sync brings new names into myne.

Admins can review every domain for the brand. Everyone else only sees domains from their own connected email and calendar, so a teammate cannot casually reverse an exclusion that only showed up in your inbox.

Open Businesses, then Settings, then Domain mappings. Work through Needs review or Unmapped businesses, then decide whether to link a business, exclude a domain, or leave it for later. If you work with supplier or partner accounts over email, this is the place to tidy those rules without leaving Businesses.

Changing a domain still updates the brand rule for that domain. Non-admins simply only work with domains that appear in their own communications.
