You can now run myne points (Brand Points) as a native loyalty programme—earn rules, welcome points on connect, historical lookback when a customer links a card, and a one-off backfill when you need older sales covered. Earn and redeem without Marsello or another loyalty vendor.
Set points per dollar spent, welcome points for new connections, and how many days of past spend to reward when a customer links a payment card. Ongoing linked sales earn at your rate; balances show on the customer profile. When you need to apply points to older transactions in a date range, run a one-off past-transactions automation—separate from the automatic lookback on card link.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Brand Points, turn on Enable Brand Points, set Earn rate (points per $1), Welcome points, and Historical period to reward (days), then save. Link a test card to confirm lookback. For backfill, create an automation with Run for past transactions (one-off), choose the range, and use Add points or Earn points on purchase. Add a points cost on a promotion under Settings → Promotions to test redeem.
