Promotions
You can now run myne promotions on Lightspeed K-Series, so eligible offers apply at the till through the myne POS extension—not only on a join page or in a message. Ideal when K-Series is your register and you want one set of campaigns across join and service.
Connect Lightspeed K-Series, map the promotion product your till uses for discounts, and tick Lightspeed K-Series on each offer under where it appears. On an open order, staff link the customer in the myne extension and tap Apply—or let qualifying deals auto-apply when you set that.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Lightspeed K-Series to connect, set up the POS web extension, and choose your Promotion product. Then open Settings → Promotions, edit an offer, tick Lightspeed K-Series under Where this promotion appears, publish, and try a staff order with a linked customer.
