Promotions
You can now run myne promotions on Lightspeed O-Series, so eligible offers show at the till when a customer is on the order—not only on a join page or in a message. Ideal when O-Series is already your register and you want one set of campaigns across join and service.
Connect Lightspeed O-Series first, then tick Lightspeed O-Series under where each promotion appears. When a customer is linked on the open order, eligible deals show in Customer Rewards for staff to apply—or auto-apply when you set that on the offer.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Lightspeed O-Series to connect, then open Settings → Promotions, edit an offer, and tick Lightspeed O-Series under Where this promotion appears. Set unlock and redeem rules for the till, publish, and try a staff order with a linked customer after service.
