Customers
You can now review visitor activity from card or web touchpoints before someone completes a full profile. We introduced visitor records because venues using card linking were seeing meaningful spend attached to unidentified visitors—and had no easy way to understand that trading or prompt a join.
Visitor records show anonymous activity until a visitor identifies themselves. When they connect through join, card link, or staff action, their history merges onto the new customer profile. You can target join prompts where you have partial identity and avoid losing spend history when someone finally signs up.
Open visitor records from the Customer list and filter to Connection → Unknown. When someone connects, their prior activity is fed automatically onto the new Known customer profile.
