You can now run Campaigns in myne—bulk SMS or email to a targeted customer group in one planned send. Ideal for a long-weekend promo, menu launch, or win-back push when you want everyone in the segment to hear the same offer at once.
Pick a saved group, choose SMS or email, then write the content your way: AI Personalised copy, a simple direct message you format yourself, or a Branded email from a rich template. Check how many customers you can reach, save a draft or schedule, then send when you are ready.
Go to Conversations → New Message, choose Who do you want to message?, pick a Customers group, and continue to compose. Set Message Type, pick Static or AI Personalised for SMS—or Direct email, AI Personalised, or Branded email for email—then Save Draft, Schedule Message, or Confirm & Send. Find drafts and history under Conversations → Campaigns.
