Automations
You can now run automations against customers who are already in a group—not only when someone joins or leaves. This is the only trigger that supports Enable scheduled runs, so you can nudge a segment on a timetable that suits your venue.
Choose the Group the flow applies to, then optionally turn on scheduled runs with a cadence such as daily or weekly. Add the usual customer profile, group, and journey filters so the audience stays tight.
In myne, go to Automations → New, choose the trigger For customers already in a group, select the Group, enable scheduled runs if you want a repeating check, then add your steps.
