You can now respond when a customer completes an activity event—bookings, app actions, or other milestones you track outside the till—without checking the activity feed by hand.
Filter by Activity source, Action, Event time, Event value, and Activity data, then add the usual customer profile and group filters so only the events you care about start the flow.
In myne, go to Automations → New, choose the trigger When a customer completes an event, set your filters, then add the steps you want to run.
