You can now welcome or route someone the moment their customer profile is created—whether they joined on a connection page, synced from an integration, or were added by your team.
Filter on customer event fields such as email, name, phone, source, and external id, then layer groups, journeys, and profile filters so only the right new customers start the flow.
In myne, go to Automations → New, choose the trigger When a customer is created, set your filters, then add the steps you want to run.
