You can now react when a customer’s details change—catch consent updates, corrected contact info, or other profile edits without scanning records by hand.

Use the same customer event filters as create: email, name, phone, source, and external id, plus groups, journeys, and profile filters to keep the audience tight.

In myne, go to Automations → New, choose the trigger When a customer is updated, set your filters, then add the steps you want to run.
