You can now react the instant a customer joins a group—welcome VIPs, start a nurture path, or move them into the next campaign without updating lists by hand.
You must pick the Group. Use Rules to include Existing members, New joiners, or Both, and optionally filter by joining number. Add the usual groups, customer profile, and journey filters to keep the audience precise.
In myne, go to Automations → New, choose the trigger When a customer joins a group, select the Group and Rules, set any filters, then add your steps.
