You can now follow up the moment a customer leaves a group—win them back, pause a perk, or alert the team before the segment drifts quietly.
Pick the Group the leave event applies to. Use Rules for Existing, New, or Both, and optionally filter by removal number. Add the usual groups, customer profile, and journey filters so only meaningful exits fire the flow.
In myne, go to Automations → New, choose the trigger When a customer leaves a group, select the Group and Rules, set any filters, then add your steps.
