You can now move customers through a journey the moment their stage changes—advance a welcome path, open a win-back message, or alert the team when someone stalls between stages.
You must choose the Journey. Filter To stage and From stage so only the transitions you care about fire, and use the usual stage filters to keep the audience right. Where a journey also covers contacts or businesses, the same trigger shape still applies.
In myne, go to Automations → New, choose the trigger When a journey stage changes, select the Journey and stage filters, then add your steps.
