You can now follow up when someone comments on your Instagram post—reply to a campaign keyword, thank early commenters, or move engaged people into a group without watching the thread yourself.
Filter by post, match Keyword in comment, and optionally use Engagement number. Add the usual customer profile and group filters when you want only recognised customers in the flow.
In myne, go to Automations → New, choose the trigger When someone comments on a post, pick the post and keyword filters, then add your steps.
