You can now reply to Instagram DMs with an automation—acknowledge a keyword, send a booking link, or route hot leads—without living in the inbox all day. Instagram must be connected in myne for this trigger to work.
Filter on Keyword in DM so only matching messages start the flow, then add the usual customer profile and group filters when you want a tighter audience.
In myne, connect Instagram under Settings → Integrations, then go to Automations → New, choose the trigger When someone sends you a DM, set keyword and other filters, and add your steps.
