You can now ask the AI Analyst to manage CRM follow-up tasks — list what is open, create follow-ups, reassign work, change due dates, and add notes — from the Tasks page, a task detail screen, or while you are on a customer or business profile. We improved this so spoken and typed requests land on the right account and teammate without you hunting for IDs.
The analyst matches names to business accounts, contacts, and staff before it saves. When you ask it to log work, it checks for a similar open task first, picks a practical due date if you do not name one, and assigns the task to you when you do not name someone else. After each create or update it returns a link you can open straight away. On the Tasks board or list, it respects the filters you have on screen — including overdue and mine — when you ask what needs attention. If you work with supplier or partner accounts, you can link follow-ups to the business record the same way.
Open Tasks and use the AI panel to ask what is due, what is overdue, or to create a follow-up in plain language — for example, "assign Will to call Belles about credit uploads next Tuesday." On a customer or business profile, open AI Explore and ask for follow-up work linked to that record. Tasking must be turned on for your brand under Settings → Integrations → Tasks. You can also ask via Voice on supported devices; the concierge will pass task requests to the analyst.
