Why would I use Automations?

Automations allow you to to use the data you have about your customers to create tailored campaigns around their behaviour

  • Automatically send tailored messages to your customers based on their behaviour and interactions with your brand. Target New, Regular or Disengaged customers and use their transaction history to connect with them on a personal level

  • Create adaptive campaigns that respond to changing customer behaviours

  • Build campaigns around different behaviours to start driving retention and engagement
