Bring a spreadsheet audience into myne

CSV import lets you bring an existing audience into myne without rebuilding your list from scratch—handy for migrations, event sign-ups, or partner lists. Upload a file with flexible column names for first name, email, phone, marketing opt-ins, cashback, points, and any extra fields you want to keep.

Standard columns map to profile fields automatically, and unmapped headers are stored as extended customer data for groups and automations. You can also run a membership-only import to add existing customers to a group without creating duplicate profiles.

Go to Customers → Import and download the sample CSV if you need a template. Upload your file, map or confirm columns, choose whether you are creating profiles or group membership only, and review the import summary before you message the list.
