Build multi-step flows on a full-screen canvas

You can now build automations on a full-screen canvas that shows triggers, waits, conditions, and branches in one view. We added it because operators building nurture sequences and conditional journeys needed to see the whole path before turning a flow on.

Drag steps, connect branches, and spot gaps before guests enter the flow. The canvas supports advanced steps like wait-for-reply with timeout paths when your plan includes them—split paths by behaviour, pause for a guest response, or route lapsed guests differently from active ones.

Open an automation in the canvas editor. Drag steps into place, connect branches, save, and test with a staff profile before going live. Use run history to confirm each branch fired as expected.
