Segment by offer redemption.
Group criteria can now filter on promotion redemptions—who used a named offer, who has not, or across several promos at once. After a limited-time campaign ends, you can follow up with winners or nudge guests who saw the offer but did not redeem.
This pairs neatly with promotion reporting in Signals, so marketing and ops share the same view of how an offer performed. Dynamic groups refresh as redemptions come in, keeping your audience current without manual list exports.
Edit or create a dynamic group under Groups, add a promo redemption rule, pick promotions by name, and choose has or has not redeemed. Refresh membership before sending your next campaign.
