Bulk-load business accounts into a segment from a spreadsheet

Wholesale and B2B teams can now import business accounts from a CSV straight into a business group—useful after a trade show, a territory handover, or onboarding a new rep book. We added this because manually creating dozens of accounts one by one was slowing teams who already had clean lists in spreadsheets.

myne matches or creates businesses from your file and adds them to the group you name on import, using the same flexible column headers as customer import where applicable. You can run campaigns, assign tasks, or enrol accounts in journeys without waiting for each record to be typed in by hand.

Go to Businesses and use the import path for business group CSV. Review the sample columns, upload your file, and confirm the new group appears under Businesses → Groups. Spot-check a few imported accounts before your first outbound campaign.
