You can now choose exactly what you ask when someone joins—name, contact details, marketing consent, and custom fields—so data capture matches your venue without scaring guests off with a long form. Required fields block completion until answered; optional fields stay skippable.

Forms live inside Connection Flows and apply everywhere that flow runs, so one edit updates every QR or link using it. That keeps join consistent across venues when you share a flow but vary connection pages.

Edit a Connection Flow and open the form builder. Mark fields required or optional, choose which marketing channels to request, and test the flow on your own phone before you print QR codes or send SMS invites.
