Connect me&u ordering and loyalty.
You can now connect me&u table ordering to myne so in-venue digital orders inform guest profiles. We added this because table-order guests were often invisible in CRM until they paid at the till—and marketing had no way to segment or follow up on those orders.
me&u order data supports recognition on profiles, promotion eligibility where integrated ordering is enabled, and automations triggered by order events. You can target win-backs, thank-yous, and promo pushes for guests who order through me&u without maintaining a separate audience.
Go to Settings → Integrations → me&u and follow the connection prompts for your venue. Confirm integrated promotions are configured on ordering surfaces where you use me&u, then check a known guest profile after service to verify orders are flowing.
