Connect Wrapped gift cards and cashback to guest profiles

You can now connect Wrapped so gift card and cashback balances sit on guest profiles in myne. We built this because venues running Wrapped still wanted one CRM view—staff should see credit at the counter without checking a separate system.

Wrapped balances and events flow into myne and can inform automations, wallet passes, and join flows where Wrapped is your loyalty rail. A guest with credit gets the right welcome, balance updates can push to their wallet, and marketing can segment on redemption behaviour.

Open Settings → Integrations → Wrapped and complete the partner connection steps. Enable Wrapped in connection flows or loyalty settings where guests should see credit, then verify a test profile shows the expected balance after a qualifying event.
