Control offer visibility vs redemption.

You can now set Show and Available audiences separately on a promotion—who sees an offer versus who can actually redeem it. Tease broadly but restrict redemption to VIPs, or hide an exclusive deal from guests outside your target segment.

Show controls visibility on connection pages and other surfaces; Available controls redemption, often with groups. That reduces checkout frustration when someone sees an offer they cannot use, while marketing still runs visible campaigns.

When editing a promotion, set Show and Available audiences independently. Use groups for precision on either side, then preview the offer on a join page and test redemption with a profile in and out of the available audience.
