Design how guests join on their phone

You can now design the full join journey on a guest's phone — screens, questions, consent, card linking, and pass download — in one configurable Connection Flow. Match the path to how your venue or brand actually onboards guests, not a generic signup form.

Flows attach to connection pages and QR codes. The same flow can power always-on join and campaign-specific entry points, so you are not rebuilding the journey for every promotion.

Go to Settings → Connection Flows and create or edit a flow. Set connection form fields, required versus optional questions, marketing opt-ins, and optional card or wallet steps. Attach the flow to a connection page and test on your own phone before signage goes out.
