Guests can now reply STOP to opt out of SMS marketing or START to opt back in—and myne updates their profile preference automatically. Compliant opt-out handling is non-negotiable for SMS, and operators should not need a manual process every time a guest texts back.
When myne receives a matching reply, it ties the message to the right customer where possible and updates SMS marketing preference on their profile. Non-marketing service messages continue per your setup, so marketing sends with confidence and staff see updated opt-in status without re-checking spreadsheets.
No extra configuration is required beyond sending SMS from myne with compliant copy. Educate staff that STOP and START replies update marketing preference automatically—they do not need to change opt-in manually on the profile.
