Keep extra spreadsheet columns on customer records

When your CSV includes columns that are not standard myne fields, those values are now saved as extended customer data using your exact header names. Custom tiers, store IDs, or notes stay on the profile after import instead of being dropped.

Dynamic groups and automations can reference extended data conditions, so bespoke fields from a spreadsheet or partner export remain usable for segmentation. You do not have to rename everything to myne's standard columns before upload.

Import via Customers → Import and include your extra columns in the file. After import, open a profile or group rule builder and look for extended fields by the header name you used in the CSV.
