Link social identity to guest profiles.
Connection flows can now capture or link an Instagram handle when someone joins, so social engagement ties to the same profile as till spend. Marketing sees one guest across Instagram and POS instead of duplicate records when someone DMs before they scan your QR.
Instagram linking works with the Instagram integration for inbox and automations on social events where you configure them. Handles can appear on profiles once a guest connects or engages, giving your team context before they reply.
Enable Instagram linking in the connection flow configuration and connect Instagram under Settings → Integrations. Test join from a campaign that includes social follow-up and confirm the handle lands on the profile you expect.
