A reusable library of saved segments.
As your segment library grows, you can now organise groups into folders so marketing and ops share the same map of who is in which list. That keeps lifecycle, promo, and VIP segments easy to find when you have dozens active across a busy week.
Folders sit alongside search on the groups dashboard, so you can browse by purpose instead of scrolling a flat list. Each group still behaves as a dynamic segment—you are organising how you see them, not changing how they refresh.
In Customers → Groups, create folders with plain names your team will recognise, then drag or assign groups into them. Use folders when you hand work between marketing and floor staff so everyone opens the right segment first try.
