Waits combine with conditions and reply steps to build fuller journeys. Place them after triggers or messages that need breathing room, so welcome sequences feel natural rather than overwhelming.
Add a Wait step in the automation builder and set the duration. Preview the full flow before publishing, especially when waits sit between SMS and email steps.
