You can now message everyone in a saved group in one coordinated send—by SMS or email—on a schedule or straight away. We built campaigns for deliberate, one-off outreach (a long-weekend promo, a menu launch, a win-back push) rather than an always-on automation that fires per guest.

A campaign ties together audience, channel, content, and timing in one place. Pick a group myne has already built from behaviour or import, compose your message, and send or schedule it. Your team plans the send, sees it go out once, and can track goals and conversion on supported setups.

Go to Conversations → Campaigns and create a new campaign. Choose your audience group, pick SMS or email, write your content, then send now or set a schedule. Confirm SMS and email opt-ins on profiles before you broadcast to a large segment.
