Run a native points programme in myne

Brand Points is myne's built-in points programme—guests earn and redeem points without Marsello or another loyalty vendor. Point-cost promotions and automations can issue or adjust points on behaviour you care about, from first visit to repeat spend.

Points balances and ledgers appear on customer profiles, so staff and marketing see the same picture. Promotions can require points to redeem, and automations can add or remove points when integrated POS or join events occur.

Go to Settings → Integrations → Brand Points and enable the programme. Configure earn rates and redemption rules in loyalty settings, then create a promotion with a points cost to test POS or join redemption paths.
